If the report didn't generate
Full refund. Email hello@22pf.net with the session id and we'll process it within five working days. No questions.
If you read it and want a refund
You can ask within seven days. Tell us why — the report missed you, the read felt forced, the prose didn't carry, anything. We review and refund within seven working days. We can't refund what you've already shared publicly with your reading on it, but if the read itself failed you, we'll make it right.
If you bought a follow-up Q&A pack and haven't used it
Unused questions refund in full within thirty days of purchase. Used questions don't refund — the cost was the engine's time on your reading, and that's already spent.
If you bought a pair read and only one of you took it
If your pair hasn't taken theirs within thirty days, you can refund the half that didn't run. The half you ran reads as a normal Self report and is not refundable.
How to ask
Email hello@22pf.net from the email you paid with. Include your session id or the Razorpay payment id. We'll reply within two working days with what's happening.
