"Your reliability holds the table; your reasoning makes the holding worth it."
You are the person whose presence settles a room before you have said anything in it. The reasoning behind your choices is mostly done before the conversation reaches you, and what you bring is the conclusion that will hold. People bank on what you say, partly because the saying is followed by the doing, and partly because the saying came after the thinking. The trust you build is the trust that comes from being right about quiet things first.
Excerpt — Chapter 2 · How you show up
The first thing people notice about you is the absence of drama. You enter a room without announcing yourself. The tempo around you is unhurried. The pace of the conversation shifts a little once you are in it, in the direction of things being thought about rather than reacted to.
Reliability comes through without being performed. The thing you said you would do is being done. The promise that was easy to break sits unbroken without ceremony. People who have known you for a season stop checking; people who have known you for a year build the structure of their work on the assumption that your part will arrive.

The unique shape of how an individual interacts with another.
01
How you enter a room
The instinctive moves you make in your first thirty seconds with another person. Composed or animated. Direct or oblique. The pattern is yours, repeated everywhere.
02
How you hold a relationship
What you do when the relationship is not transacting. Whether you remember, follow up, anticipate. Whether you are most yourself at the easy times or the hard ones.
03
How you are remembered
The single line others use about you, when you are not in the room. The shape you leave on the people you touch. Predictable from the fingerprint, ten years out.

The 22 PF Certification trains coaches, therapists, mediators, recruiters, and educators to read the 22 PF fingerprint at depth and to use it well in their practice. Coursework covers the framework's seven families, the 22 behaviours, the 97 attributes, and the discipline that keeps a reading honest. Certified readers gain access to the Pro instrument, the supervisor's view, and the right to issue 22 PF readings under their own name.
The certification is a four-week, part-time programme: two weeks of structured coursework on the framework, the inference engine, and the master writing rules; one week of supervised case work on real readings; one week of integration into the candidate's existing practice. Two cohorts each year, capped at 24 readers per cohort, kept small so every candidate is read by the supervisor.
Eligibility: an existing practice (coaching, therapy, mediation, recruitment, education, or HR) with at least three years of client-facing work. Prior assessment-tool experience helps but is not required. The cohort is curated to ensure peer learning is generative.
Programme details, fees, and the application form will be published when the first cohort opens. To be notified when applications open, leave your email below.
22 PF Partner · Coming soon
Become a 22 PF partner.
The 22 PF Partner programme licenses qualified organisations to deliver 22 PF readings within a defined region or sector. Partners receive certified training, engine access, brand materials, and a revenue-share on every reading generated. Suited to coaching practices, HR consultancies, recruitment firms, organisational-development consultancies, and educational institutions that want a serious relational-assessment instrument inside their existing client work.
Partners operate under their own brand, applying 22 PF readings to their existing client base. Territory is allocated by region or by industry vertical depending on the partner's category, capacity, and existing client portfolio. The exclusivity is genuine: only one partner per territory-and-category combination, kept honest so each partner has the room to grow.
Eligibility: an established business with at least three years of trading, a clear client base, and the operational discipline to handle confidentially-held assessment data. Prior assessment-tool experience helps but is not required. The partnership covers training and certification of the partner's nominated team, engine access via a partner endpoint, co-branded report templates, quarterly framework updates, and a revenue-share that scales with reading volume.
Programme details, fees, the territory map, and the application form will be published when partner intake opens. To be notified, leave your email below.
Where you are now
Your personality is a read at a moment, not a verdict.
Each report names where you are now. Read yourself again later, and the change is yours to see.
Where you are now
Your report names your type for the read you just took. Plainly. The label belongs to this moment.
Read yourself again, and the chart appears
From your second read onward, your mobility chart is part of every report. Where your read has been, where it is now, which behaviours moved.
Read often, see more
If you read yourself often, the chart deepens. Every behaviour, plotted over time. Yours.
Your reads are kept
Stop for a year, come back; your chart is waiting, picked up where you left off.
